A pre-submission meeting for the proposed Bethany Glen development is being held 6PM this Thursday (June 30) at the Marriotts Ridge High School Auditorium. Bethany Glen is the proposed development on the property between Route 99 and I-70, east of Bethany Lane, and south of I-70, to the north of the Valley Meade neighborhood. We believe that the developer is seeking a conditional-use status to enable development of an age-restricted community comprised of 241 units. While this meeting is informational in nature, the more people who attend, the better (a previous meeting for the project held on May 17 was so well attended that they scheduled this meeting for a much larger venue). Let’s continue to show all parties involved with this development that our Community is paying attention and engaged.
