About Us
Welcome to the Mount Hebron /Orchards Community Association website. The primary purpose of this site is to provide helpful information to the residents of our community and to promote the benefits to those interested in making our neighborhood their new home. The communities of Mount Hebron, The Orchards, Thornbrook, and Patapsco Park Estates are all represented by the Association. Friendly neighbors, quality homes, top-ranked schools, and a convenient location are just a few of the reasons our community ranks as one of the best in Howard County
Special Events and Activities
Our Community Association sponsors and provides volunteers for an annual Easter Egg Hunt, Community Yard Sale, Halloween Parade, Santa Ride, Holiday Decorating Contest, and more for the benefit of our neighborhoods. The political strength of over 1000 households has helped us deter unfavorable development of land next to our schools, improve road safety and continues to keep the attention of our local officials.

Community Association
The Mount Hebron / Orchards Community Association is a volunteer organization that supports events benefiting the community. We are not a Homeowner's Association and do not require dues from anyone who lives in our neighborhoods. Each year a request for a $15 voluntary annual contribution is included in our January Newsletter. Printed newsletters are delivered to every home and are available on this website.
